What's in it?
At Shake to Elevate, we are transparent about our ingredients. We always select premium, clean ingredients that meet or exceed FDA compliance for sourcing, processing, and manufacturing. Our No Salt Dry Rub contains garlic, black pepper, paprika, brown sugar, onion, rice concentrate (anti-caking), and spices, including allspice, cloves, cumin, and black pepper.
Rather than hiding behind vague terms like "spices," as regulations allow, we list the specific components. You will NOT find any hidden or unlisted ingredients in our bottles.
What you get.
Each order comes in an 8.4 fl. oz shaker bottle, containing approximately 5 oz (net weight) of custom blended spices, ready to shake! Please note that the actual shaker bottle may differ from the image, as some are renderings used during development. Our current batch comes in a cylindrical shaker with a black flip-top lid, featuring multiple holes for easy use. Each bottle is sealed for freshness, and the seal must be removed before use.
Instructions.
For the best flavor, Shake to Elevate is designed to be cooked. Use it to season meats, seafood, and vegetables. For proteins, apply an even layer on both sides from the start to allow the flavors to soak in. For vegetables, you can add the rub halfway through cooking unless, like me, you prefer a crispier finish. Begin with a light layer and adjust to taste. Shake to Elevate can be used for both indoor pan cooking and outdoor grilling or smoking.

We are really enjoying adding this spice blend to our veggies and seafood. In fact, my usually picky veggie eaters will clear their plate if I've elevated the meal with this spice! I'll need to reorder soon for sure.
I have made two dishes with this seasoning and both had an incredible flavor. The only thing added was olive oil and fresh garlic. The seasoning did the rest. Cod fillets with some sautéed spinach (w/lemon zest) and shrimp and mushroom couscous. Thank you for this healthy alternative since my husband is on a low sodium diet which makes cooking a lot easier! Here's a pic of the cous cous dish 😋
I love this spice rub! It's fantastic on beef like brisket and tri tip; fish like tilapia; and sooo many veggies! My kids even love it on things like cabbage and asparagus. What kind of kid wants asparagus? My kids apparently with this rub. So I highly recommend this product for all kinds of meals, for all kinds of eaters!
