SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shake to Elevate, a DBA of April Corporation, provides the Shake to Elevate Worker Scheduling SMS program for eligible workers and team members.

1. Program Description

The Shake to Elevate Worker Scheduling SMS program sends non-marketing, operational messages concerning:

• Work availability requests
• Shift assignments
• Shift confirmations
• Schedule changes
• Production scheduling
• Other necessary workplace scheduling communications

2. Opting In

Workers may voluntarily opt in by texting START to +1 (951) 355-7250.

After opting in, workers will receive a confirmation message identifying Shake to Elevate and explaining the types of messages they may receive, message frequency, possible message and data rates, and STOP and HELP instructions.

SMS participation is optional. Workers who do not opt in may continue reviewing and responding to work opportunities through the S2E Worker Portal.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on work availability, production needs, scheduling activity, shift assignments, and schedule changes.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service provider.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of the Shake to Elevate Worker Scheduling SMS program at any time by replying STOP.

Other supported opt-out keywords include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. You will not receive additional Worker Scheduling SMS messages unless you later opt in again by texting START.

7. Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your mobile carrier, device, network availability, or other circumstances outside Shake to Elevate’s control.

Participation in the Worker Scheduling SMS program is subject to the Shake to Elevate Privacy Policy:

9. Changes to These Terms

Shake to Elevate may update these SMS Terms and Conditions when necessary. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
