This unique blend enhances a variety of proteins, from pork chops and chicken to tilapia and Ahi Tuna, and even bland cuts like skirt steak or flat iron. It also perfectly complements smoked meats like tri-tip and brisket, eliminating the need for additional sauces.
Ideal for vegetables too, "Shake to Elevate" brings out the best in cabbage, zucchini, green beans, and Brussels sprouts.
What you get: Each order comes in an 8.4 fl. oz shaker bottle that has about 5 oz (net weight) of custom blended spices that's ready to be 'shaken' Fyi, the actual shaker bottle may be different than the picture since some of the pictures are rendering during the development process. Our current batch comes in a round cylindrical shaker with black top. It also has a flip top that has multiple holes for easy shaking. Each product has a fresh seal that must be removed before use.
Instruction: Shake to Elevate shows it's best flavor when cooked. Use it to flavor variety of meat, seafood, and/or vegetables. For protein, let the flavor soak in from the beginning and it is recommended to apply even layer on both side of the meat/seafood. For vegetables, it's ok to cook half way before applying Shake to Elevate unless you like things a bit crispy like me. Start with a light layer rather than covering the food with the blend. This can be used for both inside pan cooking or outdoor Grill and/or smoker.
